Wouldn’t it be magical to have an assistant? You know when you see all those big bosses in movies having a person to help out with their every single need- from remembering meetings to reminding you about your grandmother’s birthday. Even though not everyone can have an assistant at a desk nearby all the time, technology is becoming somewhat of a great alternative.
HONOR has released the MagicWatch 2, which can do things that even an assistant would struggle with, including tracking your menstrual cycle! If you’re looking for something with style and substance, we’re happy to report that our time using the Honor MagicWatch 2 has been filled with nothing but. With specific features designed to cater to every individual’s needs, such as removable straps and two different sizes, it’s hard to not feel like there’s something here for everyone.
With the MagicWatch 2, you get a 42mm which is amazing for value but not as exciting as the 46mm which packs a lot of bang for your buck. The 46mm version includes a larger AMOLED screen which reaches a brightness of 800 NITs, providing a higher resolution. Battery life will forever be a touchy subject, the last thing you want is to have to charge your watch ten times a day. With the MagicWatch 2 charging will not be on your agenda every day as it’s battery life is meant to be up to twice as long as the previous model. Bluetooth connection will also not be an issue as it features a long-range connection to your phone, plus additional features including a built-in microphone and speaker making keeping in touch that little bit easier.
We know most of us have been staying indoors and for the first time have a valid excuse to not go to the gym as they’ve all been shut for the past few months. But, if you’re looking to shed some of those quarantine pounds then this watch might be the best trainer you’ll ever have. The back of the MagicWatch 2 doesn’t just work as a charging port but also a heart rate sensor, meaning that you can monitor your health in all types of wonderful ways. These sensors help train and guide you through workouts of all intensities, warmups as well as basic running tracking modes. If you’re a true fitness nut then there are more intense variations for workouts that this watch can assist you with, including a triathlon… we have a feeling that only a select few will know how to access this feature. The MagicWatch 2 is also waterproof up to 50 meters, so if swimming is your thing then jump in!
Not all of us are tech wizards and if you just want something to help you out on an average day to day basis without having your phone glued to your hand constantly, we cannot recommend this watch enough. There’s something in a MagicWatch 2 for everyone, even if it’s to just look like James Bond talking into your watch like a secret agent, there’s a feature for everyone to enjoy.
